IMPACT OF “SOFT” TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT PRACTICES ON HOTEL’S PERFORMANCE: AN EMPIRICAL EVIDENCE FROM VIET NAM

The aim of this study is to assess the impact soft TQM practices on business performance hotels in Vietnam's current climate. Data was collected from 190 rated three stars or higher 2022. Using a SEM model, author found that such as customer focus, senior leadership commitment, employee engagement, and training positively affect hotel results. Specifically, should prioritize engagement these factors have greatest outcomes.
